Campbell Pricing Guide
GENERAL CHARGES
Our minimum callout includes 30 minutes of labour, the callout/travel fee, and sundries.
Our normal hours of work are 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.
Prices exclude GST.
AFTER HOURS
- Jobs undertaken on weekends or outside of our normal hours (as stated above) and not a public holiday are charged out as follows
- • Labour Charge – Plumbing: $55.00 per 15 minutes
- • Labour Charge – Gasfitting: $60.00 per 15 minutes
- • Callout & Travel Charge: $105.00 to all jobs during normal hours and is additional to the labour charge
- • Sundries: $20.00 per job – covers items like screws, nails, glues, etc
NORMAL HOURS
- Our normal hours of work are 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday and are charged out as follows
- • Labour Charge – Plumbing: $32.50 per 15 minutes
- • Labour Charge – Gasfitting: $32.50 per 15 minutes
- • Apprentice Charge: $40.00 per hour or part there of for an apprentice working with tradesmen
- • Callout & Travel Charge: $80.00 to all jobs during normal hours and is additional to the labour charge
- • Subsequent Site Visit Charge: $30.00 for second and subsequent site visits for the same job
- • Sundries: $20.00 per job – covers items like screws, nails, glues, etc
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- Jobs undertaken on a public holiday are charged as follows (please note that these rates apply to both the actual public holiday date and the observed public holiday date)
- • Labour Charge – Plumbing: $77.50 per 15 minutes
- • Labour Charge – Gasfitting: $82.50 per 15 minutes
- • Callout & Travel Charge: $155.00 to all jobs during normal hours and is additional to the labour charge
- • Sundries: $20.00 per job – covers items like screws, nails, glues, etc

CERTIFICATION
It is a legal requirement for us to issue a gasfitting certificate for all gasfitting jobs that we undertake. This gives our customers verification that the work which we have carried out is lawful and compliant. These certificates are sent to our customers for their records and are also stored by our company for a period of seven years.
There are different classifications of risk for such gasfitting certificates:
Should we remove waste from your site a $25.00 removal fee will be charged. Where large amounts of waste are required to be removed there will be a tipping fee and trailer hire fees charged.
Low-risk/General
- (e.g. Replacement of a gas appliance, this is sometimes referred to as like-for-like gasfitting)
High-risk
- (e.g. An addition or alteration to an existing installation)
POLICY
TIME CALCULATION
To ensure that we calculate the time spent on your job accurately, we run GPS in all of our vehicles. Our labour charges apply from the time that the tradesperson arrives on site until they leave, including the time taken to document your job.
