Payment terms vary based on job and customer account type. Please feel free to ask our team to confirm your payment terms, and it will also be displayed on any invoice.
3-day payment terms for maintenance and small job invoices
Payment Terms:
Section or line items will be invoiced upon completion with payment due strictly 3 days following invoice issue date.
Failure to make payment by the Due Date may result in default interest/late payment penalty fees being added to your account.
Should payment not be received by the due date, Campbell Plumbing reserves the right to transfer the debt to our chosen agency for collection.
All costs incurred during collection process will be passed on and will become due in addition to the Invoice total.
For any issues or disputes to be valid, this must be submitted in writing before the Invoice becomes due for payment.
For further information relating to our payment processes please refer to our Terms of Trade attached to your Invoice.
