Whether you are looking for an entry level position or have experience in office administration, this opportunity could be for you! For the right person this position will be full time, long term and offer a variety of tasks with the chance to grow this role as the company expands.
The Role:
Customer service
Answer incoming phone calls
Greet visitors Interact with clients and suppliers
PA & Office support
Assisting with administration from management where required
Data entry for project and maintenance jobs
Office maintenance, order/collect supplies as required
Agenda Management
Travel arrangements
Co-ordinate/schedule meetings
Calendar management
Fleet Vehicle Management Wof, Rego, RUC management
Use and update company fleet management software
Schedule and arrange for vehicle servicing/repairs Arrange transport for company machines and equipment
Payroll Admin
Compilation of weekly timesheets
Key Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written
English communication skills essential
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to multi-task well, with good time management skills
Loyal, mature and a team player Align with our company values
